I just started taking the Fanapt Titration Pak for schizophrenia and I wanted to share my initial experience. It's a bit daunting to see the list of side effects, but my doctor assured me that the slow titration would help minimize them. I just finished the first week and have been feeling a bit dizzy but nothing too bad. I'm curious to know if anyone else has been on this medication and how it went for them. What side effects did you experience and how did you manage them? Also, any tips on how to deal with the dizziness would be appreciated!

I had a bit of weight gain, which was annoying, but overall, Fanapt has been a game-changer for me. Just keep an eye on your diet and exercise regularly. It's a tough journey, but worth it if it helps manage symptoms.

Something I wish I knew earlier: Fanapt can make you really sleepy. No driving for the first few weeks, trust me.

I had to switch to a different medication because of the severe dizziness. It was too much for me to handle, but everyone's different. Hope you do better!

Be cautious with the side effects, especially the high blood sugar ones. I had to adjust my diet completely because of that.

I found that using a small alarm to do some light exercise every hour helped with the dizziness.
