I was recently prescribed Fycompa 12mg Tablets to help manage my epilepsy. My neurologist explained that it works by calming down overactive brain signals, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I know it's supposed to be taken once a day at bedtime, but I'm not sure what to expect. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What were your side effects like, and how did you manage them? I'm looking to be as informed as possible before I start taking it. I've heard it can cause dizziness and drowsiness, but I'm more concerned about the more serious side effects like hallucinations or severe allergic reactions. Any advice or personal stories would be much appreciated! Also, I'll report my side effects to the FDA as recommended, but I'd like to know more about others' experiences before I start.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Fycompa. Some people love it, others hate it. Just make sure you’re monitoring your symptoms closely and report anything unusual to your doctor.

Good luck with the new medication! Fycompa can be a bit intense at first, but if it works for you, it's worth it. Just take it easy and give your body time to adjust.

Dude, I had crazy hallucinations on this stuff. It was like being in a horror movie. My doc switched me to something else.

I took Fycompa for a while and it was a game-changer for my seizures, but I did experience some dizziness and fatigue. It got better after a few weeks. Be careful when you first start, it can be a bit harsh.

I had a bad experience with Fycompa. I ended up in the ER with severe dizziness and shortness of breath. Definitely be careful and keep an eye out for those serious side effects.

I felt like a zombie on this stuff. Drowsy and out of it all the time. It wasn’t worth it for me.

I’ve been on Fycompa for over a year now and haven’t had any major issues. Just a bit of dizziness in the beginning, but it went away. Make sure you talk to your doctor about any concerns you have.
