I've been diagnosed with narcolepsy and my doctor just prescribed me Lumryz 28 Day Starter Pak. I've been struggling with excessive daytime sleepiness and cataplexy, so I'm hoping this will help. I mix the powder with water and take it at bedtime, but I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Has anyone else tried this? What was your experience like? Also, any tips on how to manage the side effects like dizziness or upset stomach? I really hope this helps improve my sleep quality and reduce my symptoms during the day.

Has anyone else had issues with sleepwalking? I've woken up in the kitchen a few times, and it's a bit unsettling.

Be careful with the side effects. I had a friend who experienced some really bad allergic reactions. If you notice any swelling or difficulty breathing, go to the hospital right away.

I'm on the same boat as you. I hope a few days in I'll see improvements in my sleep.

I've been on Lumryz for a year now, and it's made a huge difference. I no longer have cataplexy attacks, and my daytime sleepiness is much more manageable. The side effects were minimal for me—just a bit of dizziness and some weird dreams at first. But if anyone has persistent thoughts of suicide or hallucinations, I recommend reaching out to a specialist right away. It can be dangerous

You must be excited to finally try something that might help! Just remember to keep your doctor in the loop about any side effects, especially the severe ones. Stay safe!

I hope this works out for you! Just take it easy at first and see how your body reacts.

Just a heads-up, the powder can taste a bit weird at first, but it's worth it for the benefits. And if you're feeling confused or can't focus, don't hesitate to call it in to your doctor.
