I was recently prescribed Yesintek 90mg/ml for my psoriasis. The doctor explained that this medicine helps reduce inflammation by blocking IL-12 and IL-23, which are linked to my condition. Anybody else with experience with this? I just got it as an injection and am looking for any advice or experiences you guys have. I hope it helps clear up my skin and get me back to feeling normal. Also, what are your thoughts on the side effects? I'm particularly worried about the serious side effects like severe allergic reactions and infections. Did anyone else experience these or know someone who did? Also, how long did it usually take to see improvements in symptoms?

I'm on my third month of Yesintek and I have to say, the results so far have been amazing. My skin is almost clear and I feel so much better. It isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I get the odd headache and a bit of stomach irritation, but nothing I can't handle. Definitely hang in there and give it time.

Just a heads-up, make sure to watch for signs of infection. I had a weird rash that turned out to be a bacterial infection, and it took a while to clear up. But overall, Yesintek has been worth it for me.

I saw some people thought this was a cure for Crohn's disease. It isn't. It just helped me manage the symptoms a bit better.

Be careful and pay attention to your body. I had a friend who ignored some of the serious side effects and ended up in the ER. Don’t be like my buddy, be smart.

Be prepared for the injections. They can be a bit uncomfortable, but it's nothing unbearable. I just make sure to give myself the shot at night, that way I can relax and the discomfort goes away without much fuss.

Hey, I just wanted to chime in with a word of caution: If you start to get symptom relief and start to feel better, please do not stop taking it without talking to your health care provider. I stopped after a few months when my symptoms cleared up and it took about 4 weeks to clear back up. It sucks and really sucks the joy out of the little things in life.

My doctor prepped me for potential side effects, but they’ve been minimal for me. Just some mild nausea and a bit of irritation at the injection site.

I felt like I hit the jackpot when my doctor prescribed this. I couldn't believe how quickly my symptoms improved. If you have questions or concerns, your doctor will let you know what to do. I don't know how I lived with this for so long.

Best of luck! I hope it works for you and you see improvements. Full recovery from this disease is tough, but I'm sure you will feel better soon.

I've been on Yesintek for a few months now and it's been a game-changer. My psoriasis has significantly improved, and the side effects have been manageable. I did experience some fatigue and headaches at first, but they went away after a couple of weeks. Just make sure to stay in touch with your doctor and report any unusual symptoms.
