Hi everyone, I was recently prescribed Otrexup 22.5/0.4ml Inj for severe rheumatoid arthritis. My doctor mentioned it's a weekly injection to help slow down my overactive immune system. I have a bunch of questions. Has anybody else tried this? What kind of side effects did you experience? Did you find it effective? My doctor said it's a game changer for inflammation, but I am a bit worried about potential serious side effects. Thoughts?

I switched from weekly to bi-weekly injections after consulting with my rheumatologist. It's helped mitigate some of the side effects while still providing relief from my rheumatoid arthritis. But you should always follow the doctor's initial advice and then tweak based on personal experience and doctor's guidance. Good luck!

My friend used Otrexup and said it helped with her psoriasis. Just make sure you're listening to your body and talking to your doctor about any concerns.

Good luck! Stick to the weekly injection, and you might finally get some relief. I've been using it for my rheumatoid arthritis for two years, and it's made a huge difference. Just be cautious of the side effects and keep your doctor informed.

I just started it, and I'm terrified of the potential side effects. But I hope it helps with the arthritis. Fingers crossed!

Be careful with Otrexup. I had a bad reaction to it and ended up in the hospital. It's not for everyone, so keep a close eye on any changes in your health.

I thought the injection was going to be a big deal, but it's really not. Just pinch an inch of skin and push the needle in. It's over before you know it.

I’ve noticed some people mention severe side effects. How quickly did you experience these? I just got prescribed my first dose and am terrified.
