I've just begun treatment with Pemrydi Rtu 100mg/10ml Inj, 10ml for lung cancer. I'm a bit anxious about the side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else gone through this? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any tips for managing the common side effects like fatigue, nausea, and hair loss. Also, what should I do if I experience any of the severe side effects? I want to be prepared. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I've been on Pemrydi for a few months now. The nausea was tough at first, but my doctor gave me some anti-nausea meds that helped a lot. As for the other side effects, I did lose some hair, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. The worst part is the fatigue, but I try to take naps when I can. Be sure to stay hydrated and eat well – it helps!

My aunt was on Pemrydi, and she swore by ginger candies for the nausea. It might sound weird, but it really helped her. Worth a shot!

I've heard that some people have severe skin reactions. If you notice any redness, swelling, or blistering, get to a doctor right away. It’s better to be safe.

For the fatigue, try breaking up your day into smaller chunks. Do a little bit of something, then rest. It can make the day feel less overwhelming.

You’ll want to keep a close eye on your hydration levels, especially since it can cause nausea and vomiting. That can lead to dehydration. Try sipping on some sports drinks or electrolyte drinks to help replenish what you lose through vomiting and diarrhea.

I’m glad you’re seeking advice here. Lung cancer treatment is tough, but the medical community has come a long way in managing side effects. Don’t hesitate to call your doctor if you have questions.

I experienced severe kidney problems. If you do too, you'll need to get treatment right away. The doctors will know how to manage it.
