I've recently been prescribed Perforomist 20mcg Inh Sol 30x2ml for my COPD. The doctor said it should help open up my airways and make breathing easier. I've been using it twice a day as instructed, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else used this medication? Any tips or advice on how to manage it? I want to make sure I'm using it correctly and safely. Also, curious to know if anyone has experienced any of the serious side effects listed. How did you handle them?

How long did it take for you to feel the effects? I'm on day 5 and haven't noticed much of a difference yet.

I tried this for a while but the side effects were too much for me. Mostly the nausea and vomiting. So I switched to something else. It's all about finding what works for you. Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor if it's not working out.

Headaches are normal, just take some Tylenol if it bothers you. But if you start feeling any chest pain or irregular heartbeat, get to the ER immediately. That's not something to mess around with.

I had a bad reaction to this, symptoms like chest pressure and dizziness. I was scared. Apparently I was lucky and the reaction didn't go further. So, be careful and aware of your body and how it reacts. If you notice anything concerning, call your doctor and ask to be checked out. You could be having a bad reaction and it's better to be safe than sorry!

I've been on Perforomist for a few months now, and it's made a big difference for me. Make sure to rinse your mouth after using it to prevent any throat irritation. Also, keep your rescue inhaler handy just in case. Can't stress that enough.

Make sure you're using a spacer with your inhaler. It helps get the medicine into your lungs better. Also, keep track of your side effects and report them to your doctor. They can adjust your dose or switch you to something else if needed.
