Hello everyone, I've just started taking Pyzchiva 90mg/ml (Ustekinumab) for my psoriasis. I've heard some mixed things about it, but I'm hoping it will help with my symptoms. Has anyone else here taken this medication? What was your experience like? I'm particularly worried about the side effects, especially the serious ones. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Be sure to keep an eye out for any signs of infection. I had a friend who got really sick while on this and had to stop taking it.

I'm just starting it and I've already noticed some improvement in the inflammation. I'm hoping for the best, but I'm also prepared for any side effects. Fingers crossed!

I've heard people say it made their psoriatic arthritis worse! I'm going to try another medication if this doesn't work out.

I've been on it for about a year now, and while it's helped a lot with my psoriasis, I've definitely had some side effects. The worst for me was the weight loss. I had to be really careful about my diet and make sure I was eating enough to maintain my weight. But overall, it's been worth it for me.

I've had a pretty good experience with it. It’s helped with my psoriatic arthritis. The injection site can be a little irritated, but nothing too bad. Just make sure you talk to your doctor about any concerns you have. Ustekinumab can be a bit pricey, though, so check with your insurance first. Another thing to consider is that it can take a while to see the full effects, so don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results.

Just a heads up, make sure you store it properly. I had to keep mine in the fridge and it was a hassle. I was constantly worrying if I was doing it right.

I've been on Pyzchiva for about six months and it's been a game-changer for me. My psoriasis has drastically improved, and I haven't experienced any major side effects. Just the usual stuff like headache and mild injection site irritation. Definitely worth it for me.

Pyzchiva has been a lifesaver for my Crohn's. It's amazing how well it controls the inflammation, but I had to deal with some pretty bad headaches at first. Hang in there, it gets better.

Anyone else feel incredibly tired after starting this? I'm hoping it gets better soon.

I've heard some horror stories about the injection site. Not sure how true they are, but it makes me nervous.
