I've just been prescribed Rystiggo (420mg/3ml) for my generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else taken this medication? What was your experience like? I'd love to hear about any tips or things to watch out for. Also, how long did it take for anyone to notice improvements in muscle strength? I'm curious to know if the benefits outweigh the potential side effects for you.

Stay hydrated! It helps with the side effects. I was feeling a bit queasy and had an upset stomach for the first few weeks.

Be careful with the injection site. Use a different spot each time and make sure it's clean! No need to get an infection.

I had a severe headache and mild fever when I started Rystiggo, but my doctor assured me it was just my body adjusting to the medication. It didn't last long, and I'm glad I stuck with it.

I didn't experience any side effects at all! Fingers crossed you are the same.

I've been on Rystiggo for a few months now. It did take a bit of time to adjust, but I've seen significant improvements in my muscle weakness. Just be vigilant about the side effects, especially infections and allergic reactions. I had mild stomach pain and joint pain at first, but they went away after a couple of weeks.

Good luck with Rystiggo! I had a severe reaction to another gMG drug, so I'm always wary of new meds. Keep a close eye on any signs of fever or infection. If anything feels off, don't hesitate to call your doctor.

I'm glad to see others have found relief with Rystiggo. I'm trying to stay positive about this new treatment and hope it works for me as well. Do you keep a log of your symptoms and how you feel throughout the day? Has anyone tried that?

Be patient with Rystiggo! There's a reason it's an injectable medication, and it needs to build up in your system to work properly. I know it's tough to be patient, but it's worth it in the end.

Good luck! I hope Rystiggo works for you. Make sure to talk to your doctor if you have any concerns. I nearly stopped taking it because of the injection site irritation, but my doctor gave me a few tips and it got better.

I've been on Rystiggo for almost a year now. It's been a game-changer for me. I noticed improvements in my muscle strength within a couple of months. The injection site can get irritated, but a warm compress helps. Make sure to report any unusual symptoms to your doctor immediately.
