I was recently diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) and my doctor prescribed Rystiggo 560mg/4ml Sdv Inj, 4ml. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else tried this medication? How has it worked for you? Any tips on managing the side effects would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm curious about the injection process—any advice on making it less painful?

Rystiggo has been a bit of a mixed bag for me. The good news is my symptoms have improved, but I had a nasty case of the common cold symptoms partway through. I also had a mild fever, but it went away in a couple of days. Staying hydrated and resting helped a lot.

I'm curious about the dosing frequency. Has anyone had a different experience with how often they need to inject?

Good luck with Rystiggo! I've been on it for about a year now. The injection process gets easier with time, just remember to do it slowly and steadily. I use a numbing cream before injecting to make it less painful.

I had to stop Rystiggo because of aseptic meningitis symptoms. It was scary, but I'm glad I sought medical help immediately. Be vigilant and trust your instincts—if something feels seriously wrong, get to a doctor.

I started Rystiggo a few months ago and it's been a game-changer. My muscle weakness has improved significantly, but I did experience some irritation at the injection site. It's mostly gone now. Be sure to rotate injection sites and keep them clean. Also, I found that applying a cold compress after the injection helps with the discomfort. Be gentle with yourself!

It can be tough, but try to stay positive. You're doing it for your health.

Just wanted to add, the injection process is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. Choose a spot you can easily reach and make sure it's clean. I also find that sitting comfortably helps with the process. Good luck!

Be cautious with the side effects. I had a bad reaction to the medication and ended up in the hospital with severe nausea and vomiting. Make sure you have someone with you when you start your dose so it's easier if you have issues.
