I was just prescribed Selarsdi 130mg/26ml Sdv Inj for my Crohn's disease. I started the injections last week, and I'm already noticing some weight loss. I know it can be a side effect, but I'm a bit concerned because I wasn't trying to lose weight. Has anyone else experienced this? I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips for managing this side effect. By the way, I've been experiencing some dizziness as well. That one is a lot scarier. Also, I've been having some trouble with the injection site. Any tips for minimizing irritation would be helpful too. Thanks!

You can also do a warm bath to calm the injection site. I was doing it for my son who's 15. He was out of school for a week and it was nice to spend time with him. It's important to follow what your doctor says, but you don't need to be a slave to it. Selarsdi can be a game-changer, but you'll know if you're in trouble. It's a good idea overall.

I've been on Selarsdi for about three months now, and I did experience some initial weight loss. I found that eating smaller, more frequent meals helped me maintain my weight. Also, make sure you're staying hydrated and getting enough rest. The dizziness should improve over time, but if it gets worse, you should definitely talk to your doctor. As for the injection site, using a cold pack before and after the injection can help reduce irritation.

Yep, I've experienced weight loss with Selarsdi. Also, missed a dose once and that's where I got the 'irritation at the injection site' thing. The doctor said it's bad to miss a dose, so I've clocked it in my calendar. Don't forget to report your side effects to the FDA. It's important to do that.

Selarsdi has been a game-changer for my psoriatic arthritis. I didn't experience weight loss, but I did have some fatigue and muscle aches at first. I was surprised to see the side effects. The dizziness did worry me a bit, but it was just a part of my body adjusting to the drug. Make sure to keep tabs on it, though. Perhaps ask your doctor about how to give yourself the shots in the least painful way.

I've heard of people having that kind of weight loss. Did you gain it back? Do another round of questions with your doctor. Make sure they know everything.

When I started Selarsdi, I had some really strange side effects, but none of them were weight loss. I did get a bit of a rash. The doctor switched the dosage around and that took care of it. Dizziness can be scary, but it's good to be on the lookout for more serious signs.

Ugh, I hate injections. I've been on Selarsdi for a while now, and the injection site can get really irritated. I switched to a different injection site each time, rotating between my thighs and stomach. Also, make sure you're not injecting into any scars or stretch marks. For me, it has been a big help to do it the same way every time. Maybe you can ask your doctor for some assistance on that.

I've not been on Selarsdi, but I've heard that some people have had positive results with it. It's good that you're paying attention to the side effects. Self-care is important too and you're right about the hydration and rest. Be sure to mention it at your follow-up. Also, I found this really helpful guide on self-administering injections. It might help you with the injection site issue too.
