I just started taking Selarsdi 45mg/0.5ml for my psoriasis. It's given as an injection under the skin, and it's supposed to help reduce inflammation by blocking two specific proteins (IL-12 and IL-23). I've heard it can help with conditions like psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis too. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the more serious ones like allergic reactions or infections. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What were your experiences like, and what kind of side effects did you encounter? Any tips for managing them?

Your experience will vary, but I can only hope it's as good as mine. Don't let the side effects discourage you. Selarsdi works differently for everyone.

I've had some muscle aches and joint pain, but it's all part of the process. The plus side though is that it really does reduce the inflammation. Keep going, it might get better.

I switched to Selarsdi from another medication, and it's been a huge improvement. My psoriasis has cleared up significantly, and I haven't had any major side effects. Just a bit of fatigue here and there, but nothing unbearable.

I had some flare-ups at the beginning, but I think it was just my body adjusting. It took a few months, but I'm feeling much better now. Good luck!
