I've been dealing with arthritis pain for a while now, and my doctor prescribed Anaprox DS 550mg Tablets. I've heard it's a type of NSAID that can help reduce inflammation and pain. Has anyone else taken this medication? How effective was it for you, and did you experience any noticeable side effects? I'm a bit worried about the serious side effects listed, but my doctor assured me they're rare. I'd love to hear some personal experiences and advice from anyone who's been in a similar situation.

Anaprox has been a lifesaver for me. I've been taking it for a few months now, and it's significantly reduced my arthritis pain.

I had a really bad reaction to this. Ended up with severe stomach pain and had to stop taking it. Anyone else have this issue?

I've found that taking it with food helps with the stomach issues. I also make sure to stay hydrated and it's been ok. My doctor said to watch out for signs of a severe allergic reaction and if any of those arise, to seek emergency care.

I've been taking Anaprox DS for a few years now, and while it helps with the pain, I've definitely noticed some dizziness and occasional headaches. Nothing too bad, but I've started taking it with food to help with the stomach. I definitely recommend it overall, but be aware of the side effects.

My friend told me to avoid NSAIDs because they can cause liver issues — anyone have any insight on that? I'm considering asking my doctor about switching.

I had no idea this drug could cause kidney problems. That's scary! I guess it's a good thing to monitor and ask the doctor about.

I had a weird side effect from this. My vision got blurry for a bit, which made me panic. I called the doctor and he said it could be a rare side effect. Haven't taken it since.

I always recommend people take the lowest dose that works. Anaprox is strong, so it's worth asking your doctor if it's the right dose for you. You don't want to take more than needed.

I think it's worth mentioning that NSAIDs can interact with other medications, especially blood thinners. If you're on any other meds, double-check with your doctor.

Just wanted to confirm if anyone had heard anything about this causing heart problems long term. I'm not sure if it is, but am curious to know!
