I was recently prescribed Carbidopa/Levodopa/Entacapone 31.25-125-200mg for my Parkinson's disease. I've been struggling with the 'wearing-off' periods and my doctor hopes this combo will help. Has anyone else taken this medication? What were your experiences with side effects? Any tips on managing them? I'm a bit nervous about the potential for serious side effects, like allergic reactions or NMS, but I'm hopeful that it will improve my symptoms. I'd love to hear from anyone who's been on this or similar meds. Thanks!

Make sure to tell your doctor about any other medications you're taking. My doctor adjusted my dosage based on how well I was tolerating it. Very important to keep an open line of communication.

Oh boy, don't forget the hallucinations! I saw my dead grandmother one time—scared the living daylights out of me.

I've had no issues so far, but I do my best to stay active and eat right. Exercise helps me manage the symptoms better. Keep up the good work.

I've been on it for a few months now, and it's made a big difference for me. The key is to take it consistently. It Drastically reduced wearing off.

I had a similar experience. The first few weeks were tough with the side effects, but now I'm doing much better. Just remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body. It's a journey, but it's worth it.
