Just started taking Famotidine 40mg/5ml Oral Susp 50ml for heartburn. Any tips or experiences to share?
I've been dealing with heartburn for a while now, and my doctor prescribed Famotidine 40mg/5ml Oral Susp 50ml. I wish they'd never switched my medication to this. Tried it once, felt awful, and never went back. For me, it was hell but I’m glad it works for others
I took Famotidine with food and it did nothing for me. Try it on an empty stomach.
I had some stomach pain but it went away after a few days. I think it’s common but the doctor said it should go away.
I used to take Zantac but they pulled it from the market so this is what I was switched to and it works well enough that I can sleep at night.
