I've been dealing with really bad allergies lately and my doctor prescribed Fexofenadine/pseudoephedrine 180-240mg tablets. I've taken it for a couple of days now and it seems to be helping with the sneezing and runny nose, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. Has anyone else taken this combo? How did you find it? I'm particularly concerned about the potential for high blood pressure since I have a family history of it. I've read that dizziness and trouble sleeping are common, so I'm trying to time my doses carefully. Has anyone had any unexpected side effects or tips on how to manage them?

This stuff is amazing for colds too. I always stock up before winter.

I found that taking it before bed helped with the drowsiness. Plus, it cleared up my nasal congestion really well. Just make sure you don't drive or operate heavy machinery the next day.

Feeling really jittery and excited. Didn't expect that. It does help with my allergies, though, so I'm sticking with it for now. Have any of you experienced the same?

I've never had any issues with this combo. Works great for me! But I always double-check with my doc before starting any new meds.

I had a weird reaction where my skin started itching and turning red. Had to stop taking it immediately and call my doctor. Turns out it was an allergic reaction. Be careful, folks!

Be careful with the pseudoephedrine part; it can really mess with your blood pressure. Make sure to monitor that closely. I had to stop taking it because of that.

I've experienced some trouble sleeping. But honestly, it's worth it for the relief from allergies. I just take it earlier in the day now.
