I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few weeks ago and my doctor prescribed Levoxyl 0.137mg tablets. I've read about the side effects, but I'm still a bit anxious. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What was your initial experience like? Any tips on managing side effects would be greatly appreciated. I'm also curious about how long it takes to feel the effects of the medication.

I've heard that weight gain or loss can be common, and I'm really hoping to manage that aspect well. Also, any advice on diet or exercise while on this medication would be helpful. Thanks in advance for your insights!

I felt like a new person within a month. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet. Your body will thank you.

Seriously, don't stress about the side effects. Most of them are manageable, and the benefits of feeling normal again are worth it.

Just remember, everyone is different. What works for one person might not work for another. Trust your doctor and listen to your body.

I had some weird mood swings at the beginning, but they went away after a couple of weeks. Just give your body time to adjust.

I thought I was going to have a heart attack with the palpitations, but it turns out it was just a side effect. I survived. You will too.

I wish I had known about the sensitivity to heat. I was dying in my office with the AC on full blast. Now I just carry a small fan with me.

I gained a bit of weight at first, but once my metabolism regulated, it went away. Just keep an eye on your diet and exercise.

I started on a lower dose and gradually increased. It made the side effects more manageable. Also, make sure you take it consistently at the same time every day.

I've been on Levoxyl for a few years now, and it's been a game-changer for my energy levels. The first few weeks were a bit tough with some mild side effects, but it got better. Stick with it, and talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
