I just started taking Nutrifac Zx Tablets as a daily multivitamin and multimineral supplement. I've heard they're great for overall health, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. I've been taking Nutrifac Zx for a few months now and haven't had any issues. I feel more energetic, so I'd say it's working for me!
Anyone else get the green stool thing? It freaked me out for a second, but turns out it's normal with iron supplements. Still weird though.
I think these are great, but I had to take them with food to avoid an upset stomach. Do that and you should be fine.
Be careful with the iron content, especially if you have a sensitive stomach. I noticed some constipation, but it went away quickly. Stay hydrated!
Side note, but I love the smell of these tablets. Reminds me of those fruity candies. Definitely not a deal-breaker, but a nice bonus.
I had to stop taking these because of the constipation. It was unbearable. I am still looking for a good multivitamin that won't make me feel so terrible.
I switched from another brand to Nutrifac Zx and haven't noticed any difference. Maybe I'll stick with these since they seem fine. I would still avoid them if you have concerns about iron content.
