I just started taking Nutrifac Zx Tablets as a daily multivitamin and multimineral supplement. I've heard they're great for overall health, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. I've read about minor issues like upset stomach or vomiting, but I'm more concerned about the urgent side effects like allergic reactions. Has anyone else had any issues with these? I've been taking Nutrifac Zx for a few months now and haven't had any issues. I feel more energetic, so I'd say it's working for me!
Anyone else get the green stool thing? It freaked me out for a second, but turns out it's normal with iron supplements. Still weird though.
I think these are great, but I had to take them with food to avoid an upset stomach. Do that and you should be fine.
Be careful with the iron content, especially if you have a sensitive stomach. I noticed some constipation, but it went away quickly. Stay hydrated!
Side note, but I love the smell of these tablets. Reminds me of those fruity candies. Definitely not a deal-breaker, but a nice bonus.
I had to stop taking these because of the constipation. It was unbearable. I am still looking for a good multivitamin that won't make me feel so terrible.
I switched from another brand to Nutrifac Zx and haven't noticed any difference. Maybe I'll stick with these since they seem fine. I would still avoid them if you have concerns about iron content.
I took these for a week and felt terrible. Not sure if it was the tablets or not, but I stopped taking them and felt fine again. Just be cautious and pay attention to your body.
I had a mild rash after starting these, but it went away in a couple of days. If you notice any severe allergic reactions, definitely seek medical help right away!
