I've been taking Strovite One Tablet for about a week now, and I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced any of the more severe side effects mentioned in the documentation. I've had a couple of instances of an upset stomach, but nothing too serious. However, I'm a bit worried about the potential for allergic reactions or other urgent symptoms. I take Strovite and haven't had any issues. But I've also heard that taking it at night can help with any stomach issues, since you're lying down anyway
I switched to Strovite because my old multivitamin gave me constipation. No problems so far, but I take it with a full glass of water. Might help with the upset stomach?

My doctor said that sometimes it takes a bit for your body to adjust to new supplements. Just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, call your doctor. But it's probably nothing
