Does anyone else take Westab Max Tablets? I just started taking them a few days ago, as a way to help boost my energy levels and support my metabolism. I'm really hoping they'll help, as I've had some trouble with fatigue and low energy levels for a while now. However, I've heard some people mention experiencing side effects, like diarrhea and itching. Would love to hear about your experiences and any side effects you might have encountered. What helped? I’ve heard that some people can get pretty severe allergic reactions but that’s very rare, I think. To be honest I didn’t have any issues at all, and they really helped my energy levels.

How do you feel overall? I'm considering them and hearing that you are dealing with fatigue makes me think it might be worth it.

I was pretty hesitant to take these because I'd had bad experiences with other supplements in the past. But so far, so good. No side effects, and I feel like I have more energy, but it usually takes 2-3 weeks to notice any effect (for me at least).

I've been taking them for a couple of months now, and the only side effect I've noticed is a mild upset stomach, but nothing too bad. I think if you start taking them and you get the effects, it will be worth it, but if you have any issues or concerns, contact your doctor.

I’ve had other people mention an upset stomach. I take mine with food and haven’t had any stomach problems. So that’s a quick tip.

I had a pretty rough time with them. Lots of diarrhea and itching. Even though I didn't experience any allergic reactions I had to stop taking them. Maybe mine was a rare case, but I wouldn't recommend them if you want to avoid any surprises.

I'm on day 3. So far, so good, but I know sometimes it can take a bit to feel any real difference. I've actually had really good experiences with the brand in the past. I'll let you know if I experience anything weird.

I take these for a specific reason, so the side effects aren't a big deal to me. But I do recommend talking to your doctor about what you should expect before you take them.
