Hi everyone, I've just started using Treprostinil 10mg/ml Inj, 20ml for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). I was wondering if anyone else here has experience with it? How did you find the dosing and injection process? Any tips for managing side effects like dizziness or irritation at the injection site would be greatly appreciated. Also, curious about how long it took for you to see improvements in your symptoms, and any advice you have for navigating the continuous infusion process.

Thanks in advance for your insights!

This stuff is a lifesaver. I was on oxygen 24/7 before starting Treprostinil. Now, I can go hours without needing it. Just make sure you're really vigilant about monitoring for signs of bleeding and allergic reactions.

Did anyone else have issues with insurance covering this? It's ridiculously expensive.

I've had some issues with arm swelling, but my doctor adjusted the dose and it's been much better. If you experience anything like that, don't hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider.

I've been on Treprostinil for about a year now. It can be a bit of a hassle getting used to the continuous infusion, but it's worth it. I use the subcutaneous route and have found that rotating injection sites helps a lot with irritation.
