Just started using Atropine eye drops for lazy eye treatment. What are your experiences with Isopto Atropine 1/2% Ophth Soln?
I've just started using Atropine eye drops to treat my lazy eye, and I'm having a hard time with them. The drops burn and sting when I put them into the eye. Plus I was a bit freaked out about how dilated my eyes got. Has anyone else had to use these? What were your experiences? Did you have side effects?

Ever tried driving with these? You don't want to be doing that. You won't be able to see!
I used them for eye exams, and I have to say, walking around with dilated pupils is an interesting experience, I felt like I was seeing out of a fishbowl.
I used these for a few weeks when I had a condition called iritis, and they caused some blurred vision and dizziness. I ended up taking a few days off work because it was so disorienting.
My son had to use these as part of his lazy eye treatment and he had a weird side effect - his skin got super dry and itchy
