I tried the patches and they just didn't work for me. I ended up going cold turkey. It's not for everyone, but it might be something to consider.
Be careful with the patches. I had a friend who experienced some serious side effects like chest pain. Make sure to monitor your health closely and talk to your doctor if anything feels off.
If you're experiencing side effects, it might be worth trying a different strength or brand of patch. I switched to a lower dose and it made a big difference for me.
This is not going to be a walk in the park, but you can do it! I used these patches and they worked wonders for me.
I'm on day 7 of the nicotine patches too. I've noticed some mood swings and headaches. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?
