Just started using Pulmicort 1mg/2ml Respules - Any tips or side effect experiences to share?
I've just been prescribed Pulmicort 1mg/2ml Respules for my asthma. I've used inhaled corticosteroids before, but this is my first time with Pulmicort. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the serious ones. The doctor said it should help with my symptoms, but I'm still a little worried. Has anyone else used this medication? What was your experience like? Any tips for managing side effects? Do you combine it with other medications? I'm looking for advice about how best to use this along with my other treatments.

I switched to Pulmicort from another inhaler and noticed that my asthma symptoms were much better controlled. Just be aware that it can take a few weeks to see the full effects. Be patient.
I had to laugh when the doctor told me the side effects from the medicine but honestly, it's been great for me.
I've been on Pulmicort for a few months now. It's made a huge difference in my asthma symptoms. Just make sure to rinse your mouth after each use to prevent thrush. Side effects were minimal for me, just a bit of a sore throat sometimes.
Pulmicort definitely has some serious potential side effects, but seriously, most people don't get them. I've been using it for years and never had an issue. Just follow the doctor's instructions and you'll be fine.
My daughter uses Pulmicort and it's been a game-changer for her asthma. No more night-time attacks! But we did have to work with the doctor to find the right dosage. Also, Make sure to use a spacer with the Respules for better delivery to the lungs.
I had some mild side effects like a sore throat and cough, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to talk to your doctor if you experience any serious side effects.
This looks like a nightmare. I had to switch out of Pulmicort. Better options on the market.
I had a really bad reaction to Pulmicort. I got a severe headache and my vision blurred. I had to stop using it immediately. Be careful and listen to your body.
