I was recently prescribed Vitamin D3 50,000 IU (Chole) Caps for severe vitamin D deficiency. I'm a bit nervous about the high dose and the potential side effects, especially since I have never taken such a high dose of any supplement before. Has anyone else been on this dose? If so, what was your experience like? I'd love to hear some personal stories and any tips for managing this high dose. Also, what should I do if I experience any side effects? Are there any specific things I should watch out for? I've read the possible side effects, but I'm still a bit anxious.

High doses can be rough. I had some bone pain for a bit, but it subsided. Stay hydrated and keep your doctor in the loop. They can adjust your dose if needed.

This dose is a game-changer for my bone health. Just make sure to follow your doctor's instructions to the letter.

I've heard that taking it with a fatty meal can help with absorption. Might be worth a try. Hopefully, you feel better soon!

I was on this high dose for a few months, and it really boosted my immune system. Just keep an eye on your symptoms and talk to your doctor if you're worried.

I had a friend who ended up with high calcium levels. She had to stop taking it for a while. Just be cautious and listen to your body.

I wish I knew more about the long-term effects of such high doses. If anyone has some good research or articles, please share!

I was on a lower dose for a while and it did wonders for my energy levels. This high dose is pretty intense, though. Good luck!.
