I’ve just started using Winrevair 45mg Inj Kit (sotatercept) for my pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). My doctor says it should help rebalance the signals in my lung vessels and reduce the pressure, which sounds great. I’m a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions and bleeding. Has anyone else had experience with this? I’d love to hear about any tips or advice you have for managing the side effects and any benefits you’ve noticed. I know it’s a serious condition, so I really want to make sure I’m doing everything right. Additionally, I find it helpful to know from others if I should be especially cautious about any of the more common side effects, or if there are ways to mitigate them. Thanks in advance for your help!

Be very careful with the neurological symptoms. I had a friend who had a stroke because of a similar medication. Better safe than sorry!

I’ve had some spider veins pop up, but I’m pretty sure that’s a side effect of the drug. It’s a small price to pay for the improvement in my overall health. Just stay hydrated and keep an eye on those symptoms!

Remember, everyone’s body reacts differently to medication. What matters most is that you communicate openly with your doctor about any concerns or side effects you experience. You got this!

Side effects suck, but hopefully Winrevair works for you. I had to deal with diarrhea but it wasn't too bad. Just take it easy and rest up.
