I was recently prescribed Zilbrysq 16.6mg/0.416ml Pf Syr Inj for generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). I'm a bit nervous about the daily injections and the potential side effects. I'm curious to hear from anyone else who has used this medication. How has it worked for you? Any tips on managing the injections or dealing with side effects? I'm particularly concerned about the risk of infections and allergic reactions. Thanks for any insights!

I had a bad reaction to the first injection, but my doctor switched me to a different injection site, and it's been fine since. Don't forget to report side effects to the FDA even if your doctor already knows about them.

My doctor said that if I experience any severe symptoms like stomach pain or breathing issues to go to the emergency room right away. I'm glad they were so thorough with the warnings.

I’ve found that using a numbing cream before the injection helps a lot with the discomfort. It’s not a big deal for me anymore.

Be very careful and keep your doctor informed. I had a serious infection while on Zilbrysq, and it was scary. If you notice any signs of infection, don't wait to seek medical help.

I've heard mixed reviews about Zilbrysq. Some people rave about it, while others have had horrible side effects. Just be prepared and stay vigilant.

I've been lucky and haven't had any major side effects. Just make sure to follow the injection guidelines carefully and you should be okay.

Does anyone know if Zilbrysq interacts with any other medications? I'm on a few others and want to make sure there aren't any issues.

I've had some nausea and upset stomach, but it's manageable. Just take it easy after the injection and you should be fine.

I've been on Zilbrysq for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my muscle weakness. The injections are a bit of a hassle, but the improvement in my symptoms is worth it. Just make sure to rotate your injection sites to avoid irritation.
