Just started Zomig ZMT 2.5 Mg Tablets for migraines—the side effects list is terrifying. Is this normal?

I've just been prescribed Zomig ZMT 2.5 Mg Tablets for my migraine headaches. The list of side effects is pretty frightening, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else experienced these? I've never had any of the serious side effects, but I've had some dizziness and drowsiness. I stick to the lower dose (2.5 mg) and it seems to help with that. It's hit or miss, but it's worth a try.

I wish migraines were easier to manage. I switched from Zomig to something else because of the potential for serotonin syndrome. Be careful and listen to your body. If it doesn’t feel right, talk to your doctor.

I've had good luck with Zomig. I usually take it as soon as I feel a migraine coming on, and it works within 30 minutes. I have experienced some dizziness and drowsiness, but nothing severe. It's definitely helped with the nausea and pain. Worth a shot if your migraines are bad.

Be careful with this one. I had a friend who had a really bad allergic reaction. If you notice any rash or trouble breathing, go to the hospital immediately. It's better to be safe.
