I was recently prescribed Jynarque 30-15mg Pak for my ADPKD and I have some questions and experiences to share. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. One of the big side effects they warn about is fluid and electrolyte imbalances, which seems pretty scary. I've been making sure to drink plenty of water as recommended, but I'm still a bit nervous. How have others managed these side effects? Also, has anyone else noticed any unusual side effects not listed on the pamphlet? I think I might have had something strange happen last week, but I'm not sure if it was related to the medication. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I was nervous about starting Jynarque, especially with all the warnings about side effects, but it's been manageable so far. Just remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body. If something feels off, talk to your doctor. Good luck everyone!

I've been on this medication for a while and I haven't noticed any major side effects. I did have a weird rash at first, but my doctor said it was probably just a reaction to the drug and it went away after a few days. Just stay vigilant and keep an eye on any changes.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a really bad reaction to it and had to stop taking it. I've been trying to manage my ADPKD with other methods, but it's tough. Stay vigilant and listen to your body.

This stuff is a lifesaver but the side effects are no joke. I had some pretty bad dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Stay in close contact with your doctor and report any changes immediately.

I've had some pretty bad stomach issues with Jynarque. Diarrhea and some nausea. It's been a bit rough, but my doctor told me it should get better with time. Fingers crossed!

Remember to take it with food, guys! That helped a lot of my stomach issues. Also, keep a food journal. It might help you figure out what triggers certain side effects. Jynarque has been a game-changer for me, so I try to stick with it.
