I recently started using Kanjinti 420mg Injection for my HER2-positive breast cancer treatment. It's been a roller coaster of emotions and physical challenges, but I'm hopeful this treatment will be effective. I was surprised to learn that Kanjinti is a biosimilar to Herceptin, which has been used for years. I was not familiar with the term biosimilar, but it seems to be a similar drug to what I was hoping for. I'm curious to know if anyone else has used Kanjinti and what their experience has been like. I've had a few side effects, including some muscle pain and nausea, but nothing too severe yet. However, I'm a bit concerned about the potential for serious side effects like infection or allergic reactions. I've been monitoring my symptoms closely and have an on-call doctor if anything alarming happens. I want to know from others with some experience if the side effects are pretty common or if I'm just unlucky. I've been doing a lot of reading on tumor lysis syndrome too, as it seems very concerning. Better safe than sorry.

I had a severe allergic reaction to Kanjinti after my second dose. It was terrifying. Make sure to stay vigilant for any signs of an allergic reaction. My doctor was super quick to respond and I got an epinephrine injection and am feeling better now.

My wife is on Kanjinti, and she sees her oncologist every 2 weeks. My wife has a feeding tube and has lost 26 pounds. She has a high fever, but her doctor says she does not have an infection. Not sure about that, but it seems like something isn't right.

I'm on Kanjinti too, and I've had some weird sensations like burning and numbness in my hands and feet. My doctor said it's manageable but it's still a bit concerning. Has anyone else experienced this? I've been on lots of other drugs but this was a new one for me.

I've had some pretty bad flu-like symptoms and mouth sores, but my doctor gave me some meds to manage them. Just a heads-up that the side effects can be pretty rough, but it's all about managing them and staying positive.

Kanjinti saved my life. I had stage 3 breast cancer and after my first dose of Kanjinti I knew this was a treatment that would finally work. My doctor said I had too much of a protein called HER2 and this is what this drug targets. No side effects so far and I am feeling better!

Bingo! I was diagnosed with HER2-positive stomach cancer and Kanjinti has been a game-changer. The injections can be tough, but the results so far are worth it. Just make sure to monitor your blood pressure closely—it can fluctuate dramatically. I've had a couple of scares but my doctor was quick to act.

I've been on Kanjinti for about six months now, and while it's been tough, I've seen some promising results with my tumor size. The nausea and muscle pain are definitely manageable with the right medication. Just make sure to stay in close contact with your healthcare team!

Keep pushing through, everyone. I remember the struggle, but the results are worth it. Just stay in close contact with your healthcare team and don't hesitate to seek help if you feel something isn't right.

If you experience any signs of tumor lysis syndrome, go to the hospital immediately. It's a serious condition and needs to be treated right away. I had a friend who had TLS and it was a scary situation. Please be careful!
