Keralyt 6% Gel: My Experience and Side Effects
I've been using Keralyt 6% Gel for the past few months to treat some stubborn calluses and corns. The gel works by helping the outer layer of skin to shed more easily, which has been quite effective. However, I've also experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting, like skin irritation and burning. I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has had similar issues or has any tips to help manage the side effects. I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who have used this gel for warts as well. It's important to note the urgent side effects mentioned in the product information, though I haven't experienced any of those, thankfully. If you have any insights or advice, please share!

I've found that using it at night and then washing it off in the morning helps with the burning sensation during the day. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it to avoid the discomfort.
I had some pretty severe burning and stinging when I first started using it. I ended up having to stop using it for a while to let my skin heal. Maybe it was the combination of it and another cream? Idk but it was pretty annoying.
Salicylic acid can be pretty harsh on the skin. I'd recommend patch-testing a small area first before applying it to larger problem areas.
I've been using Keralyt for a while now and it's been great for my calluses. I haven't experienced any major side effects, just a bit of dry skin, but it's worth it for the results.
I used it for a month and it worked great. I didn't get any of the major side effects luckily, but the skin irritation was annoying. I skipped a few days to give my skin a break and it worked out.
Has anyone tried combining it with a moisturizer? Or maybe applying a thin film of Vaseline around the area to protect the surrounding skin?
I stopped using it because of the skin irritation. It was just too much for me. I wish there was a way to use it without the side effects.
I've had warts before and this stuff worked like a charm! But yeah, the burning is really annoying, so be prepared for that.
Make sure you're not using too much at once. I found that applying a thin layer and letting it absorb completely helps a lot. Also, keep the area well-moisturized to combat the dryness. The urge to scratch is real though; it was bad for me after I stopped using it.
Short-term pain for long-term gain, right? Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and give your skin time to adjust. If you experience any of the urgent side effects, stop using it immediately and seek medical help. Safety first, folks!
