I've been struggling with scalp psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis for years, and I recently tried Keralyt 6% Shampoo. This shampoo contains salicylic acid, which helps to loosen and shed dead skin cells from the scalp. It's specifically designed to treat conditions like dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis of the scalp by reducing scaling, flaking, and itching. I've noticed a significant improvement in my condition after a few weeks of use. I wanted to share my experience and hear from others who might have tried this product.

It's important to note that while the shampoo has been effective, it does come with some side effects. The urgent side effects listed are quite severe, so I'm glad I didn't experience any of those. However, I did have some skin irritation and dry skin, which were manageable. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?

I'm really curious to know if others have had similar experiences or if there are any tips for using this shampoo more effectively. Also, what about the long-term use? Does anyone know if it's safe to use continuously, or should it be cycled with other treatments?

I've been using Keralyt for a month now, and while it has helped with the flaking, I've experienced some burning and stinging sensations. It's manageable, but it's definitely there. Has anyone else had this issue, or is it something I should mention to my doctor?

I've used Keralyt 6% Shampoo for about three months now, and overall, it's been a positive experience. I noticed a reduction in the severity of my psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. I've been using it every other day as others recommended. The smell is a bit strong, but it's worth it for the relief I've gotten!

I've been using Keralyt 6% Shampoo for a few weeks now, and it's been a lifesaver for my dandruff. I had tried so many other products with no luck, but this one has really made a difference. I just wish it didn't dry out my hair so much. Anyone have any tips for dealing with that?

I tried this shampoo, but the burning sensation was unbearable. I had to discontinue it and switch to a gentler product. It's a shame because it did help with the flaking. Maybe it's just not for everyone.

I've been using Keralyt 6% Shampoo for about a month now, and it's been really helpful for my scalp issues. I've seen a significant reduction in flaking and itching. I have to admit, though, I was a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. I've had no issues so far, but I'm definitely keeping an eye out for any unusual symptoms.

Anyone else notice that this shampoo makes their hair feel a bit dry and brittle? It's like I can't stop washing it because of all the flaking, but it dries my hair out so much

I never knew about the potential for severe side effects. I had no idea this could cause such serious problems. Thank you for sharing this info, I will be careful with this medicine
