I recently started using Kerr Insta-Char 25mg/120ml Liquid for some minor food poisoning issues. It's an activated charcoal liquid that works by absorbing toxins and drugs in your stomach and intestines, preventing them from entering your bloodstream. I've noticed some minor side effects like constipation, but it's been a lifesaver. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this product. Have you experienced any severe side effects? How do you manage them? Any alternative remedies you swear by? I want to know your thoughts and experiences!

I think Kerr Insta-Char is a bit overhyped. I've had better results with other natural remedies for detoxing. But for serious cases, it might be worth a shot.

If you're considering using this, make sure to discuss it with your doctor first. It can interact with other medications you might be taking. I know someone who had to stop using a painkiller because of it.

I've heard mixed reviews on this product. Some people swear by it, while others hate it. It seems like it might depend on your individual chemistry.

I just want to point out that if you experience any signs of fluid and electrolyte problems, like severe dizziness or passing out, you need to seek medical help right away. Those are serious side effects.

I had a really bad experience with this stuff. I ended up with severe stomach pain and had to go to the ER. Not sure if it was worth it.

I've never had much luck with it. It always gives me nasty constipation. I usually end up in a situation where I need a laxative just to get things moving again.
