I recently had cataract surgery and was prescribed Ketorolac 0.5% Ophthalmic Solution. The drops were very effective in reducing the pain, swelling, and inflammation. However, I did experience some mild eye irritation and blurred vision for a few days. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar side effects? I followed the instructions and used them exactly as prescribed, but I'm still wondering if anyone has had a different experience. I was surprised by how quickly the drops worked, but the side effects were a bit concerning. Has anyone else had any unexpected side effects?

I thought the drops were a bit expensive but worth it for the relief they provided. Just make sure to use them as directed.

I switched to a different eye drop because of the side effects. It's worth talking to your doctor about alternatives if the side effects are too bothersome.

Why do eye drops always make my eyes water? It's like they're designed to make you cry. 🙄

I had to use these drops for a week after my corneal transplant. They worked great but made my eyes super sensitive to light. Bring sunglasses if you decide to go out.

I had a similar experience after my Lasik surgery. The eye irritation was pretty bad for the first few days, but it went away after a week. Stick it out if you can!

I didn't have any issues with Ketorolac. Maybe you're just more sensitive to it. Did you talk to your doctor about it?

I had a friend who had an allergic reaction to these drops. It's better to be safe and report any unusual symptoms right away.

I had no idea these drops could cause such severe side effects. Good to know what to look out for. Thanks for sharing!
