Kicking Thyroid (Armour) 2gr (120mg) Tabs? What am I in for?
I've been prescribed Thyroid (Armour) 2gr (120mg) Tabs for my hypothyroidism. I'm a little nervous about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else taken this? What was your experience like? Did you have any of the more serious side effects, or was it mostly just hair loss? Any tips or advice would be so helpful right now, especially from people who have been on the same dose. Thanks!

I've been on the same dose for a few months now. I had some hair loss at first, but it grew back. No serious side effects, just a bit of anxiety at the start.
I had a friend who had a really bad reaction to this. Just be careful and watch for any signs of trouble.
Be careful with the dosages, everyone is different. I had to adjust mine a few times before I felt right. And drink lots of water, it helps with any stomach issues.
Don't worry about the side effects too much. They're usually manageable. Just make sure you're communicating with your doctor.
I was so scared when I started this, but it's been fine. Just drink lots of water and take it easy at first.
I switched to Armour from levothyroxine and it's been a game-changer. I feel so much better, and no serious side effects here. Just listen to your body and talk to your doctor if anything feels off.
I wish I had known about the hair loss before I started. It was a bit of a shock, but it grew back eventually.
I've been on this for years. I had some weird mood swings at first, but nothing too bad. Just make sure you're eating well and getting enough sleep.
I've been taking it for a while and it's been great. No serious issues, just a bit of a learning curve at the start.
I had a bad reaction to Armour. I had heart palpitations and was sweating buckets. Definitely call your doctor if you feel anything like that. You might need to adjust the dose or try something else.
