It's been a long haul, and I've been on Krazati for almost a year now. I've had my share of side effects, but I'm grateful for this drug. It's been more than a year since it was first approved and I think those of us who have been on it longer can provide a lot of helpful insight. I think so far the side effects are manageable. I've been on Krazati for a few weeks now, and so far, I've only experienced some mild dizziness and muscle pain. It's manageable, but I'll keep an eye out for those severe side effects.
