I had diarrhea the first week I was on this, but it went away after that. Just make sure you stay hydrated and monitor your symptoms. And if something feels off get checked out.
I was really worried about the high blood sugar symptoms, but honestly, I haven't had any issues with that. Just keep an eye out and if you feel something strange contact your doctor.
I think the side effects really depend on the dosage. I started with a lower dose and gradually increased it, and that seemed to help with the gas and burping. Just don't rush it.
I think Kristalose is overrated. I switched to a different laxative and haven't looked back. The side effects were just too much for me.
