I've been using Kyprolis 60mg vials for my multiple myeloma treatment. I've been impressed with how effective it is in slowing the progression of my cancer. However, the side effects have been challenging at times. I've experienced some constipation and fatigue, but nothing I can't manage. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or tips for managing these side effects. Also, has anyone experienced any of the more serious side effects listed, and how did you handle them?

I had a bad reaction to Kyprolis. Had to go to the ER for swelling and trouble breathing. Don't mess around if you have any issues!

I had to take a break and also switch to Revlimid. I had a lot of infusion reactions (some say it was also infusion-induced neuropathy). But I've been on Kyprolis again at a lower dose with good results. I wish I knew what triggered the reactions.

Be very careful with this medication. It's not for the faint-hearted.

I had some really bad nerve problems with Kyprolis. It felt like I was walking on pins and needles all the time. My doctor switched me to a different drug in combination with Kyprolis, and it helped a lot. If you're experiencing this, definitely talk to your doctor about adjusting your treatment plan.

I'm currently on Kyprolis and so far, so good. Just finished my second dose. Knock on wood! Fingers crossed that it stays this way.

Kyprolis has been a lifesaver for me. The side effects were tough at first, but my doctor helped me manage them. I'm now on a maintenance dose, and it's been relatively smooth sailing. If you're feeling overwhelmed, just remember it's okay to ask for help!

I’ve been on Kyprolis for three years and feel great. They managed my side effects well. I get it every 21 days and sometimes I get a little tired, but that's about it. Definitely talk to your doctors. We're all different and so are our experiences.
