So, I've been taking Lactase Enzyme 3000unit Tabs for a few months now, and I have to say, they've been a game-changer for my lactose intolerance. No more bloating or stomach aches after enjoying a cheese pizza. But I've been wondering, how long can I take these safely? And are there any long-term side effects I should be worried about? Has anyone else had any serious issues with these tablets?

I've been taking them for years with no issues. Just make sure to take them with your first bite of dairy, and you'll be fine

I think they're worth a try if you're struggling with dairy. But definitely talk to your doctor first, especially if you have other health issues.

I just started taking these and they've been great so far, but I'm worried about the serious side effects listed. Has anyone experienced any of those?

I'm skeptical about taking pills for something that can be managed with diet. But if it works for you, go for it!

I tried them and they didn't work for me. I ended up having to go dairy-free completely. Might just be a placebo for some people.

I'm lactose intolerant and these tablets are my best friend. I can enjoy ice cream again without the usual consequences. Just don't forget to take them!

I'm surprised more people don't know about these. They're a lifesaver for anyone with lactose intolerance. Just make sure to store them properly – I keep mine in the fridge.

I've been taking them for a while and I've noticed that if I take too many, I get constipated. Has anyone else had this problem?
