I’ve been taking Lamictal ODT 25-50mg for a few months now, and while it's been helping with my bipolar disorder, I've been experiencing some side effects that are concerning me. I've noticed dizziness and drowsiness, which are manageable, but I've also had some issues with balance and occasional vision changes. I’ve read about the serious side effects, and it’s made me a bit anxious. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I’m curious to know if these side effects will subside over time or if I should talk to my doctor about adjusting the dosage.

Lamictal saved my life, but the side effects were rough at first. Just remember, everyone’s experience is different. If it's too much, your doctor can adjust your dose or switch you to a different med. Stay strong!

I wish more people would talk about the good and bad of their meds. It's scary to start a new one, but knowing what to expect helps a lot. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I've been dealing with dizziness too. It's like walking on a boat for the first month. Hang in there!

Have you tried taking it at a different time of day? Sometimes switching from morning to evening can help with dizziness. Definitely talk to your doctor about the vision changes, though; better safe than sorry.

I switched to the ODT version because it was easier to take, but I wish I knew about the potential side effects before starting. I had some stomach issues initially, but they cleared up. Keep an eye on the serious symptoms; they can be scary.

I had no idea about the potential for vision changes. I'm definitely going to bring this up at my next appointment. Thanks for sharing!
