I've heard horror stories about HLH, but thankfully, I've never experienced anything like that. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
I've been on it for a few months and haven't had any major issues. Just some fatigue, but it's manageable. I'm glad I gave it a shot!
Be careful with the titration. I increased too quickly and ended up with a bad rash. Had to stop and start over. Not fun.
I've been on Lamictal XR for about a year now, and it's been a game-changer for my seizures. I did have some dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Just make sure to titrate up slowly as directed by your doctor.
I started Lamictal XR and had some really bad joint pain. Turns out it was a side effect. My doctor switched me to something else, but for some people it might be worth sticking it out.
I had some severe dizziness and fainting spells when I started. It got better over time but be prepared to take it easy at first.
