Lamictal XR 25mg Tablets: My Experience with Side Effects and Effectiveness
I've been on Lamictal XR 25mg for a few months now, and I'm curious to hear from others about their experiences. I've had some side effects like dizziness and fatigue, but they've been manageable. I'm also interested in hearing if anyone has experienced any of the serious side effects and how they dealt with them. Has anyone seen significant improvements in their bipolar disorder or seizures while taking this medication? I'd love to know if it's worth sticking with it or if I should consider other options. Also, how does the extended-release version compare to the regular Lamictal?

I’ve heard horror stories about allergic reactions, but I’ve been pretty lucky so far. Just keep a close eye on any changes in your skin or breathing.
I'm really curious about the differences between Lamictal and Lamictal XR. Has anyone done a side-by-side comparison?
I'm on it for my epilepsy and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The dizziness was bad at first, but it's gotten better. Just wish the fatigue would go away.
I tried Lamictal XR and had to stop because of severe joint pain. It was horrible. I wish I could have stuck with it, but it just wasn't worth the pain.
I had no idea about the serious side effects until I read this. I might have to talk to my doctor about monitoring them more closely.
I've been on Lamictal for a while now, and while it has helped with my mood swings, the side effects have been a bit rough. But I'm hanging in there!
My doctor switched me from regular Lamictal to the XR version, and I've noticed a big difference. The extended-release has really helped with my seizures. No more constant dosing!
I've been on Lamictal XR for a while and it's been a game-changer for my bipolar disorder. The side effects were rough at first, but they've subsided. Definitely worth it for the stability it's given me.
I’ve been on Lamictal XR for a year now and honestly, it’s made my life so much better. The initial side effects were tough, but they’ve pretty much gone away. Worth it for the stability.
Side note: if anyone experiences any of the serious side effects like severe muscle pain or weakness, GO TO THE ER!!! My friend had this and her doctor had to adjust her medication. She ended up being fine.
