I've been prescribed Lanoxin Ped 0.1mg/ml Inj, 1ml for my atrial fibrillation and wanted to see if anyone else has been on this medication and their experiences. I'm curious about the side effects and how they managed them. Digoxin can strengthen the heart's pumping ability by affecting certain chemicals in the heart muscle. I've heard it can help control irregular heartbeats and is often used for heart failure or atrial fibrillation. But, I'm worried about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone experienced any of these? How did you manage them? Also, has anyone had any other side effects not listed? How did you report them? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to this medication and want to make sure I'm taking it correctly. I've heard that it's important to discuss any concerns with your doctor, so I plan on doing that. I'm also going to report any side effects to the FDA at 1-800-332-1088 or online at https://www.fda.gov/medwatch. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!

I'm new to this, just started and I'm worried about all the possible side effects... Did anyone else feel the same way?

I've been on this for years, and the diarrhea is a pain. I'm not kidding. It's rough and it's the worst part. I think it’s worth the trade-off though, but honestly, it sucks a lot.

I've had heart failure and irregular heartbeats for years, but the nausea and vomiting were the worst side effects. My doctor adjusted the dosage for me, and it worked wonders. It was a relief from the symptoms.

I was having major heart issues before digoxin, so I had to take it even though the swelling and all was scary. It's worth it for me.
