I've been taking Latuda 120mg Tablets for schizophrenia for the past year now. I must say, it's been a game-changer in stabilizing my symptoms, and it's easy to take with food, just as prescribed. However, I've had some side effects, which is why I wanted to start a thread about it. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

First, the good: my mood has improved, and my thoughts are clearer. I’ve found that taking it with food makes a big difference, as the instructions say.

For the not-so-good: I've experienced some dizziness and drowsiness at the beginning, but it subsided after a few weeks. I’ve also gained some weight, which is a bit frustrating, but I’ve managed to keep it under control with a bit more exercise. As always, I’m careful to watch out for the more serious side effects mentioned in the medication guide.

I’m hopeful that hearing from others who have had similar experiences with Latuda can perhaps help me manage the side effects better. Or at least offer some words of encouragement.

I’ve been on Latuda for almost 6 months. It’s really helped with my schizophrenia symptoms, but I experienced some hormonal changes. I'm a bit worried, so looking for more information from others.

I’ve switched to a higher dose and now I’m dealing with drowsiness. This can be dangerous if not monitored correctly. If you experience drowsiness, speak to your doctor. It might be a sign you should adjust meds.

I never noticed the side effects mentioned. Take it to your doctor if they worsen. Never skip on your medications so make sure you always take it with food.

Just got a prescription for Latuda, so thanks for the heads up on the side affects. Sounds like it could be difficult.
