I've recently started using Leukine 250mcg Inj after undergoing chemotherapy, and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. What side effects have you experienced, and how did you manage them? I've noticed some stomach discomfort and a bit of weakness, but nothing too severe. I'm also interested to know if anyone has had any serious side effects like those listed on the medication guide. Have any of you had to seek medical attention for any issues? I'd like to prepare as much as possible for any potential problems.

I've been on Leukine for a few weeks now, and the worst part for me has been the constant headaches. I've tried different pain relievers, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else dealt with this, and what did you find useful? I've been a bit anxious about the potential for serious side effects, especially the allergic reactions and high blood pressure. My doctor keeps a close eye on me, but it's still a bit worrying.

I had a pretty rough time with Leukine. It's helped my immune system, but the side effects have been brutal. I had severe stomach pain and vomiting — it was like everything I ate just came right back up. My doctor switched me to a different injection schedule, and that helped a bit. I also started taking antiemetics, which made a big difference. It's a tough road, but it's worth it to get back on your feet after chemo.

I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been feeling really anxious about starting Leukine, and hearing everyone's experiences is really helpful. I think I'll talk to my doctor about the potential side effects and how to manage them. I feel better prepared for what might come.

Has anyone had low magnesium levels from Leukine? I've been experiencing muscle cramps and weakness, and my doctor thinks it might be due to that. I'm not sure if it's worth mentioning but I've been feeling weaker! I'd appreciate any advice on how to deal with this.

For those experiencing a lot of side effects, consider talking to your doctor about adjusting the dosage or schedule. Sometimes a little tweaking can make a big difference.

Tried Leukine after a bone marrow transplant. It helped boost my white blood cells, but the side effects were brutal. I had to stop using it because of the headaches and dizziness. I didn't like being dizzy, but I have more energy since stopping. I wish they'd find a treatment that doesn't have so many side effects.
