I've been prescribed Levalbuterol 1.25mg/3ml Neb 25x3ml for my asthma, and it's been a lifesaver. I've noticed it works quickly to relieve my symptoms, but I've also experienced some side effects like dizziness and a runny nose. I've heard from others that they have different experiences with this medication. I'm curious about the side effects this medication can cause. I look forward to hearing other people's experiences and any advice they have for managing these side effects. How does Levalbuterol differ from other asthma medications? Has anyone else had trouble with side effects like chest pain?

I've had some pretty bad muscle cramps since I started using this. Anyone else deal with that?

Make sure you're using it correctly. The nebulizer can be a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

I've had some scares with this stuff. A few times I've felt like my throat was closing up, and it was terrifying. Definitely keep an eye out for any signs of an allergic reaction.

I'm glad this has been helpful for so many people, but I also think it's important to remember that everyone's experience is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.

Levalbuterol is a beta2-agonist, it's single isomer, more effective and has fewer side effects than albuterol, which is a racemic mixture. This is why it's often preferred for patients with asthma and COPD.

I switched from Albuterol to Levalbuterol because my doctor said it was more effective. I haven't had any major side effects, just a bit of throat irritation sometimes. It's definitely made breathing easier.

I've noticed that if I use it too close to bedtime, I get really anxious and can't sleep. Just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to that kind of thing. I wish I had known about that before it happened.
