I was recently prescribed Levo-T 75mcg Tablets for hypothyroidism and have been taking them for a couple of months now. I've noticed some changes, but I'm not sure if they're side effects or just part of the adjustments. I've had a bit of hair loss, which I know can be temporary, but I'm also feeling a lot more tired than usual. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues or has any advice on how to manage these symptoms. I've also been curious about the long-term effects of this medication. How long does it take for your body to stabilize on Levo-T? Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I've had a similar experience with Levo-T. I noticed some weight changes initially, but it eventually stabilized. Just make sure to keep track of your symptoms and communicate with your doctor. It can be a bit frustrating, but it's worth it in the end.

I'm glad I found this thread. I've been feeling really restless and anxious lately, and I wasn't sure if it was the Levo-T or just stress. It's reassuring to know that others have experienced similar side effects.

What dosage worked best for you?

Levo-T is a great drug and i've only had hives one time. I think it was because I was taking it on an empty stomach though. Don't do that! Also, when you're adjusting, just expect to feel wonky as your thyroid re-adjusts. You also need a real good doctor who understands the nuances of thyroid treatment.

Levo-T helped me feel so much better, finally have energy again, but you have to be patient with the dosage adjustments. It'll take a little bit of trial and error and blood work to get it right. Trust the process.

I've been on Levo-T for a few years now and the hair loss definitely sucked at first, but it grew back eventually. Just be patient, it gets better!

I've been on Levo-T for a while and I feel so much better manageable symptoms. Definitely be honest with your doctor about any side effects you're experiencing. They can help adjust your dosage or switch you to a different brand if needed.
