I did not have a great time with this medication. Symptoms of liver issues started popping up, and I had to switch to another antibiotic. Look out for those symptoms, and stay aware of how you're feeling each day. Not worth risking liver issues. Best to be vigilant about your health.
Anyone else notice changes in their blood sugar levels? I thought it was weird when I felt jittery and dizzy, but it turned out my blood sugar was all over the place. A bit alarming to say the least.
I was so scared when I started this medication, but I had a pretty smooth experience. Just make sure you get plenty of rest and drink lots of water. I also made sure to stay in touch with my doctor throughout the course of treatment. Might be a bit overcautious, but better safe than sorry!
Levofloxacin has helped me with my skin infection, but I did not enjoy the headache and body aches. I had to take it in the hospital for a few days and it was a rough time. I was ready to finish the course as soon as possible. It had a knock on effect for weeks after.
