I've been taking Levothyroxine 0.025mg (25mcg) Tab for a few months now to manage my hypothyroidism. I've noticed some improvements in my energy levels, but I'm still feeling tired sometimes. I also experienced some hair loss, which the doctor said might be a side effect. I'm curious to hear from others who take this medication. What side effects have you experienced? How long did it take for your symptoms to improve? I'd love to know if anyone else has dealt with the same issues and how to manage them.

Try to keep a log of your moods and symptoms. It can help you and your doctor figure out if a medication is working for you.

I started on a 0.025mg dose and it did help with my fatigue. But my own doc gradually increased my dose until I reached 0.05mg and then my energy levels went up a lot.

I've been on Levothyroxine for years and it's been a game-changer. I had a lot of weight gain and feeling cold all the time. It was not fun, but this pill helped a bunch.

I wish I could say the hair loss went away but it hasn't. Even consulting a dermatologist hasn't helped. I'm thinking about switching to a different medication.

I started taking Levothyroxine recently and I feel like I'm having a bad reaction. My heart is racing and I feel really shaky. Should I be worried?

I had no side effects, but my doctor still increased my dose. I felt great and didn't lose too much weight. I didn't quite understand why they did that.

Don't forget to take it on an empty stomach. Food can interfere with absorption. I ditched my coffee and pills in the mornings and noticed a big difference.

I had some pretty severe side effects at first, including headaches and muscle cramps. But my doctor adjusted the dosage and now I'm feeling much better.
