I started on a 0.025mg dose and it did help with my fatigue. But my own doc gradually increased my dose until I reached 0.05mg and then my energy levels went up a lot.
I've been on Levothyroxine for years and it's been a game-changer. I had a lot of weight gain and feeling cold all the time. It was not fun, but this pill helped a bunch.
