I recently started taking Lexapro 5mg/5ml Solution for my anxiety and depression. The doctor explained that it works by balancing serotonin levels in the brain, which should help improve my mood and overall well-being. I've been taking it regularly as prescribed, but it's been a few weeks and I'm not sure if I'm feeling any better yet. Has anyone else had a similar experience? How long did it take for you to notice the full benefits?

I'm also a bit worried about the side effects. The leaflet mentioned some serious ones like allergic reactions and low sodium levels. Did anyone else experience any of these, and how did you handle them?

I'd appreciate any advice or shared experiences to help me through this journey.

I've been on Lexapro for about a month now and it's been a game-changer for me. It took a few weeks, but the anxiety has definitely improved. Stick with it, I think it'll get better.

I've been on Lexapro for a couple of months and I feel a lot better. It's not perfect, but it's much better than before. Just give it some time and be patient with yourself.

Lexapro saved my life. I was in a really dark place before starting it. The side effects were tough, but worth it. Hang in there, it gets better!

Lots of people take Lexapro without any major issues. The side effects can be tough, but they usually pass after a while. Just keep an eye out for any serious symptoms and talk to your doctor.

I've heard that Lexapro can cause some issues with sex drive and performance, but I haven't experienced that myself. Just a heads-up to keep an eye on that if it's important to you.

I was so nervous starting Lexapro, but it's been okay so far. Just make sure to take it consistently and give it time to work. Also, be careful with alcohol while on this med.

I think Lexapro is overrated. I didn't feel any better and the side effects were awful. But everyone's different, so maybe it'll work for you.
